After considering a handful of suppliers, we chose Astellite to replace all 24 windows and external doors on our two storey 25yo Fasham home. Our original western red cedar windows, whilst in good condition, required a lot of upkeep and were poor insulators of temperature and noise – the latter becoming an increasing issue as the density of our inner-city suburb increased. Rudi walked us through the features of the product and was promptly available onsite to measure up where he explained the options. Sylvia was quick with the quotations and revisions as we refined the spec. After paying a deposit, we were kept updated with the expected installation date. Up to six guys in the crew led by Mario worked long hours and the work was completed in the six days as planned. The crew treated the house respectfully and left the house in a clean state at the end of each day. We are delighted with the workmanship and engineering/quality of the product. We chose an oak woodgrain finish and upon sighting, everyone is stunned to hear that the windows frames aren’t timber. European design (tilt & turn) is fantastic with the security offered with multiple latch points and the ease of quickly opening and closing windows. Cleaning upstairs windows is now possible without using a ladder!
Astellite provided both an excellent product and service and deserve 5 stars for both.

Guys… your home was one of the most challenging jobs we had so far. Great choice of colour – Turner Oak Malt made you home look way more modern.. it literally looks 20 years younger 😂 …
