We had Astellite install 8 uPVC windows as part of our renovation. Though there were many suppliers who offered the Aluplast range, we chose Astellite because of the impeccable customer service (thanks Angeles!) via phone, email and when we visited the showroom in Chelsea.

We actually went with two window suppliers for our job. The second (Binq) also offered Aluplast uPVC windows at a similar price. They also had “Passivhaus” spec timber windows with DGUs as well, which we went with to replace an existing timber window.

Firstly, the customer service between the two companies was night and day. If Astellite had timber windows, they would have had all of our business hands down. Second, the install process and experience of Astellite was far superior. I won’t even try to describe the world pain we went through with the other lot.

For uPVC, Astellite is the way to go!
